I had this drink in a bar in Switzerland. I found it so creative that I had to recreate it.
**makes one cocktail
- 4 cl Hendrick’s Gin
- 2 cl St. Germain (or you can sub elderflower syrup)
- 4 cl cloudy apple juice
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl simple syrup
- 1/4 of a cucumber, diced
- Add the ingredients in a shaker and muddle really well until pulpy.
- Add ice and shake well!
- Strain in to glas with a piece of cucumber.
To make simple syrup boil 50 g sugar in 50 ml water until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool completely before using.
