Le Gurk

I had this drink in a bar in Switzerland. I found it so creative that I had to recreate it.

**makes one cocktail

  • 4 cl Hendrick’s Gin
  • 2 cl St. Germain (or you can sub elderflower syrup)
  • 4 cl cloudy apple juice
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl simple syrup
  • 1/4 of a cucumber, diced
  • ice

  1. Add the ingredients in a shaker and muddle really well until pulpy.
  2. Add ice and shake well!
  3. Strain in to glas with a piece of cucumber.

To make simple syrup boil 50 g sugar in 50 ml water until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool completely before using.
